SERVICING

  • Carried out in accordance with NCC by qualified service engineer;
  • Offering a 50-point check which includes:
  • gas pressure test
  • electrical test for operation and safety
  • water system check for leaks
  • damp check for water ingress problems
  • and all other usual habitation checks.
